Water are amazingly strong. Gashing water are overwhelming and this is the sensation you feel at Trummelbach Falls in Switzerland. This tall waterfall has broken way through the mountain stone creating a unique natural phenomenon.
Trummelbach Falls' are Europe's largest subterranean water falls and are located in the Lauterbrunnen Valley, often called the valley of 72 waterfalls.
The falls are accessible via tunnel lift and the path is illuminated. You take the lift up through the mountain and then hike all the way down around the falls. It's an easy hike for the whole family but do watch out for young children.
